    Step 1

    将鸡肉和猪脚放入滚水中川烫,除去杂质,洗净。Blanch pig's trotter and chicken in boiling water. Remove and rinse well.

    Step 2

    在锅中烧热麻油,把姜丝和胡椒粒爆香。Heat sesame oil, fry ginger slices and peppercorns until fragrant.
